Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Group Trips hosted by Jared and Britt ("Product"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your participation in the Group Trips.
By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of the Agreement, you may not access the Product.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Group Trips, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Registration
In order to participate in the Group Trips, you may be required to register and provide certain information. 3. Payment
Payment for the Group Trips must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided by Jared and Britt. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your participation.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your participation in the Group Trips, you must notify Jared and Britt in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will be provided in accordance with the refund policy specified by Jared and Britt.
5. Changes and Modifications
Jared and Britt reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the Group Trips, including but not limited to the itinerary, dates, and pricing. Any changes or modifications will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
6. Liability
Jared and Britt shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the Group Trips. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the trip.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Group Trips, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, belong to Jared and Britt. Participants may not use or reproduce any intellectual property without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jared and Britt operates.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jared and Britt regarding the Group Trips and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
